Basically, the Personalized Commerce feature consists of two components: the data analysis tool, called Metrics, and the automated content personalization tool. Our Metrics tool is a first party supplier on your website which is GDPR and CCPA compliant. Metrics collects on-site behavioral data about your visitors and automatically sends them to our software. This data forms the basis for automated personalization of your texts such as product descriptions.
